Refund & Returns Policy

Inkscript sells only digital products — downloadable files delivered instantly after payment. No physical goods are shipped. Because of the nature of digital delivery, our refund policy differs from what you may be used to with physical purchases.
Digital products and the right of withdrawal
When you complete a purchase on inkscript.net, your download link is made available immediately. By completing the purchase, you consent to this immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends at that point.
In plain terms: because the files are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and kept, we are not able to offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after purchase.
When we do issue refunds
We will issue a full refund or provide a replacement if the product you received is defective. This includes:
- A file that is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- A file that is incomplete or missing content is described in the product listing.
- A product that is materially different from what was described on the website at the time of purchase.
If you experience any of these issues, contact us at contact@inkscript.net with your order number and a description of the problem. We will resolve this promptly — either by sending a working file or issuing a full refund — at your choice.
If you have not downloaded the product
If you purchased a product but have not yet accessed or downloaded it, and you contact us within 14 days of purchase, we will consider your refund request on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund at our discretion.
What we cannot refund
We are not able to offer refunds in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- You did not read the product description before purchasing.
- You are unable to open a PDF file due to software or device limitations on your end (all products are delivered as standard PDF files, which can be opened with free software on any device).
You purchased the wrong product by mistake, but have already downloaded it.
If you purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded it, please contact us — we will do our best to help.
How to request a refund
Email us at contact@inkscript.net with:
- Your name and order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Any relevant screenshots, if the problem is technical (for example, an error message when trying to open the file).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 72 hours. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
